Located
approximately one mile north of the Denali Park
entrance, the Grande Denali Lodge is situated atop a
hillside overlooking the entire Denali Canyon.
Featuring unsurpassed views of the Alaska Range, this
tranquil facility featured 169 well appointed rooms,
restaurant, gift shop and tour desk. Guests find the
lodge easy to maneuver through. One building is
the activity center, which houses the Alpenglow
Restaurant, a full service restaurant featuring
hearty home cooked meals and regional inspirations,
all complimented with stunning views; the Tour Desk
to arrange activities during your stay in the Denali
area, and gift shop. The other building houses all
the guest rooms. The three-story building
boasts the largest rooms available in the Denali
area. The Grande Denali also features an
elevator to access the three separate floors. A
porte cochere offers guests the ability to wait
outside for their tour bus or activity transportation
while remaining out of the elements. |
